... that's bad, right?! Oh dear. Something was in the bottom of the oven and it just kinda went a little funny, I think it fell on the element. Anyway, I turned it off and all fire was stopped. And prior to that, well, I have a candle in a pretty glass, and it's just the little bits of wax left, and I thought that ten seconds in the microwave would be a good plan, so I could use the glass. It wasn't. Because the wick that I could no longer reach with a match still caught fire. I turned off the microwave, got oven mits (which somehow appeared in my apartment, I don't  own oven mits) and blew out the flame.

Hmm. I shouldn't be alone in my home. My sister's home now, so I'm probably safe.

I finished all three Twilight books now, and I really really hate Jacob. He's horrible. I somehow think he did half imprint on Bella, (bastard! evil!) but somehow Edward is a kind of mystical block, ergo Bella's conflict-i-ness. I have to re read to get a better idea, but that's somehow my first impression. In any case, I'm certain that I do not want Jacob for Bella, and I hope he's run off for good, and she stays with her sparkly diamondy lover- and you can buy those bracelets, you know?! How cool is that!

I took a day off annual leave to do an assignment- such a waste of a day off, but it's started now, at least- still not finished, but maybe soon. Somehow though, I found time to watch some more Gilmore Girls (am mid season six) and lurked on the forums a little.
