... I'm really scared I'm not going to enoy/like/love Breaking Dawn. All the hype, all the lusting after Edward... I'm just afraid whatever happens, I might not like it. I almost read a few spoilers, and... I just need to stay away from lion_lamb, I guess. It's for my own good.

Earlier this evening my landlord called... to let us know he's thinking of selling the apartment. 'Thinking of'... translation: 'in my mind, I've spent the money from the sale of the apartment already'. Hmm. Really not sure what to do, our rent here is a lot less than comparable places as I moved in two and a half years ago, well before the rental market in Melbourne went crazy. Crap. Well, he's gonna come over on Tuesday, so hopefully he'll see what disrepair the place is in and decide fixing up before selling is more trouble than it's worth... *doubts it*

Oh my. Is it August yet? I finished Eclipse again last night and couldn't bear to close it. I guess it's time to start on Twilight again... oh dear.

In other news, as you may know, I'm going away soon- now, I want to pack light, so I only want to take one novel with me. But I don't know what to take... so am asking for advice: please comment and help me!!!

Basically, had I not read The Host yet, that would have been perfect. Something kind of long that will keep me going, not too serious that I get bored, and the Twilight/Host kinda thing is as fantasy/sci-fi as I tend to get. As it is, I may just take The Host and re-read it.
